[Resolved] Meru Cab — Missed Flight due to delay in Meru Cab | |||
I have booked Meru Cab on 18-Nov-2012 to drop me at Airport at 5:00AM.I got SMS and email stating that i will get SMS with Cab details 15min before the scheduled time. I called at around 4:30AM because i didn't get the SMS and called up on helpline number and got the update that cab will reach in 2min. Cab didn't reach even after 15 min then i start calling them continuously on helpline number but no one picked up my call. Ultimately one cab came at 5:30AM and by the time i reached Airport - the boarding counter was closed and ultimately i missed the flight. Meru Cab gives lots of committing through various medium about their quality but do not deliver it. I logged an online complaint on 19-Nov-2012 and got the call from them on 22-Nov-2012 and shamelessly offered me a voucher of Rs500/- whereas the cost of ticket was more then Rs25000/-. With this incident we have decided not to trust Meru cab - they only fool people. Was this information helpful? | |||
