[Resolved] Meru Cabs — Cancellation of confirmed booking in last minute | |||
Booking Reference Number[protected] Booking status -- Confirmed My booking was cancelled in the last minute when I was waiting for the cab to arrive. If I was confirmed for my booking, why was I denied the service ? I expect this issue to be taken seriously and would like to know the action being taken by Meru cabs for this matter. This resulted in a lot of delay in my travel. Cancellation of a booking after confirmation is breach of trust. Was this information helpful? | |||
