[Resolved] Michelin India — DEFECTIVE TYRE | |||
I own a Honda City car chasis No- MAKGM253L9N005741purchased on 27 Nov 2009. The car has MICHELIN ENERGY tyres. Till now the car has done 21000 kms. One of the tyres has developed A BULGE ON THE SIDE WALL. As advised the car was taken to the Honda dealer in Pune CRYSTAL HONDA on 06 Jan. Since last three days the car is with the CRYSTAL HONDA and there is no response from MICHELIN IN DIA. MICHELIN REP HAS STILL NOT INSPECTED THE TYRE AFTER THREE DAYS. I had summited a complaint for my Santro Car tyre on the same site and after that i had a word with Mr Ashwarya Gupta who told me that Mr Hader from Lakhnow will look in to the matter . Haveing a talk with Mr Hader several times on phone he said that the claim has been settled and you will get it by 4th of Jan 2011. This total happening has took more than 2 months to settel the claim but i am really sorry to say that such a big company take the customers complaint so normally. Now i think that i had made a big mistake by puchaseing Michline tyre. And in future i should not repeat the mistake and same will be suggested to my friend circle.
