Sir, I have purchase the Four no tubeless michelin car tyre from your dealer at pathankot (PB) named Rocky Traders through vide invoice no-3595 dt 22.8.2009 . the air pressur of these tyre has been reduce up to 10 to 15 lbs with in week period & now I have check the tyre pressur daily & filled the pressur from the tyre man, and your company tyre dealer did not supply the Reebok bag along with the purchase of 4 no car tyre. reply soon iun this connevtion ptherwise i shall file the case in trhe consumer court of the chamba district Himachal pradesh 176310. yours Narinder Singh Car no HP-48A-0500 mohalla sultanpur Chamba HP Mob-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |

First of all thanks that you have expressed your concerns because customer feedback is at the utmost to us as it helps us increase our bond with the customer through improved service & product.
Sir, this is in reference to your complaint regarding your dissatisfaction on not getting the complimentary bag on purchase of four Michelin tyres from our dealer Rocky Traders in Pathankot. But you will Agree to me that you got that via courier & you had given your acknowledgement for the same to us on e mail.
Secondly Sir, about the air pressure loss in your tyres, we had examined your tyres in front of you at the dealer shop & there was no defect found in the tyres. Ultimately it was found that the pressure might have been lost due to the old rims which were repaired before. After the examination of the tyres you had put the tubes in the tyres & thereafter we did not recieve any complaint from your good self.
Sir, my humble request to you is to please acknowledge the same as the both the problems have been addressed to in adequate time frame...

it is inconnection of the free reebook bag, i have recived the same and reply in this connection regarding recipt has been already send to the company on dated 12.10.2009 & emil send to the following address <Asish.[protected]@in.michelin.com>

secondly, the air leakage was due to old rims due to which Mr. Narinder Singh had subsequently purchased new tubes and fitted with those tubeless tyres.
now that we have been trying to contact Mr. Narinder, he has never replied or received our phone.
This is the mail to get an update that the gift has been delivered thru courier from our side the moment we received it from Michelin company.
We request you to either attach this reply with the complaint of Mr. Narinder Singh or remove the same complaint.
please do verify the same on the given contact numbers and do the needful as early as possible.
