[Resolved] Micromax — No Customer Service

I brought Micromax w900 on 14th november 2010, It stopped working on 1st Feb 2011. I took this handset to Indore service center but they refused to take the set as the set was not purchased from Indore.

Then i came to bhopal to their service center, and they said that they are not willing to take the set and i can do what ever i can. After further discussion they took it and now they are saying that it will take 2 months for them to repair it.

This is the worst service offered by any company, and i request you not to buy any mobile of MicroMax unless you are willing to face all the troubles with their service.

I agree with you. Post an FIR and i will support you. My handset has minor fault of power on/off, 1st they said that this is not under warranty n returned me my set. When i tried it to on..mygod handset was dead???? Then they took it and saying will think to repair it ???? This CUSTOMER SCARE OF MICROMAX. See, non of officials has replied any post. [censored] these plz, i will support you.
