Micromax — Worst service ever received.

Hi,

I am writing this email with lot of anger against your organization. I have received one of the worst service anyone can think about.

I bought your Mobile handset (Model :Q5C) in the month of July.

On Friday, 28th Oct'11 the handset developed a problem wherein other person over the phone was not able to hear my voice. Also, there was a problem with the Memory card slot. I went to Dynamic Enterprises your so called "Authorized" service center in Chembur (Mumbai). I told the person standing at the counter about the problem with the handset. After diagnosing it, he told me that the MIC is not functioning properly. He said he will get it repaired immediately and will also check what exactly is the problem with the Memory card slot. He also registered my request to repair the MIC problem (Request number: W[protected]

He took my handset into the repairing room and returned almost after 30 mins with a surprise look on his face stating that the handset has now developed a new problem in the software. I told him that there was no such problem earlier. He then told me that probably the software has now got corrupt. I asked him the reason for it. He replied that probably the memory card that he was inserting in the slot may have some virus because when he was using the same memory card in his desktop computer, even that was getting hangged. This memory card belonged to him. It was not my memory card.

He assured me that it will be repaired and handed over to me by Wednesday (Today). Initially i was very reluctant in allowing him to keep the handset, however since they are your Authorized service center i agreed to keep my handset thinking that i will get my handset on time.

I asked one of my relative to visit the service center today to collect the handset. To my utter surprise your servce center replied to my relative that the handset has been send to the company and i will only receive it after a month.

This is what you call service ????

Since Dynamic Enterprises is your so called Authorized Service Center, you are liable to answer to my below questions.

Why was my handset send to the company without my consent?
Why was i not contacted before sending my handset to the company??
Why your service center says that it will take 1 month to receive my handset, whereas when i contacted your call center they informed that it should not take more than 1 week.???
The software problem was developed when your expert engineer was working on the handset. Who will bear the the cost of the handset????
Why did your Authorized service center gave me the false commitment ?????
Why did not your expert Engineer asked me to take the back up of the data ??????
Who will apologize for the way they behaved and spoke to my relative ???????
Where is my handset ??????



I want a strict action to be taken against your Authorized service center and also their employees for providing such a pathetic customer service and also misbehaving with my relative. Failing to do so i will not only complaint to the consumer forum but also register a police complaint against the service center & its employees.
