[Resolved] Micromax Funbook P300 — not working properly | |||
i bought micromax funbook P300 from GIP, the mobile store on 6th july and i have visited the service center 4 time since then. and its not working properly, i have sent it to the service center in sector 18, 4 times and every time they tell me that there is no problem v have updated the software now it will work. And the best part is that they tell me u have deleted some files from file manager that is why the problem exist. Yesterday only i sent it again they again updated the software and sent it back. I have been telling them from day one that lines appear on the screen and then it shut down even if it has 80% battery and it doesn't open unless u put it on a charger. after i received the funbook with half hour the same problem was there. Went back to the service center explained him the problem again , then they said the mother board has problem v have to replace it. i was really angry and said y don't u understand my problem , i have been tell u this from day one and u have been blaming me and they said i[censored] don't like our service they u can send the funbook to delhi service center we will give u the address. or u can leave the funbook we will replace the mother board but it will take at least 25days. i think i was my biggest mistake to buy this companies product. there toll free number service complain is also unless. they say anti virus is not supported with this and service center say is first thing what u should download is anti virus Was this information helpful? | |||
