I purchased a Micromax gravity full touch phone-x650 from Home Shop 18 (invoice no.110077 & oder no[protected] dt 06/08/2012, which came through courier and was defective mobile speaker not working.So, I request you to take strict action against them and kindly help me to get my product replaced.
