[Resolved] Micromax Ltd — mobile repairing in warranty | |||
Sir/Madam, I (Anubha gupta)purchased one micromax mobile Q66, Eclipse at the end of nov 2011. It is Still in warranty. after 2 months it was giving problem in charging, whenever i tried to charge it, it gives alternatively message " charger removed"/"charger connectted". It was very difficult to charge it. and sometimes it give " bad contact of charger. With this problem i contacted to service centre. ther checked and said that pin o[censored]r mobile is broken. it will cost u 200 rs. i said it is in warranty. they said this problem dose not comes under warranty. they fixed it and charged 200rs for that. but problem is still. i again contact after 2 days. they said you have to leave it for 2 days. i left my mobile for 2 days. what they did in 2 days i don,t know. they said it's o.k. now. but problem is still. again i contacted after 2 days. again what they did i don,t know. problem is still. now they said " it can not be fixed. pin of your mobile is damaged. and damage is not comes under warranty. i asked how it could be? i purchased it only 2 months before. they said that u urself broken ur charger by pressing ur charger pin hardley. i said that i am having 3 other nokia mobiles from 2-4 years before. they all are working very well still. am i a kid or a new user, so that i break it. they said this micromax set has already cheap pins. it can be broken easily. it is better to use multicharger. is can not be repaired. why they took 200rs to me, when they are not able to fix it. If this micromax mobile having too cheap material, then why retailer did not tell this that material is very cheap, t can be broken and it will not fixed. my mobile is under warranty. Micromax Ltd — Mobile not Working even after repair in company service center
My Micromax Q 7 Mobile which i received from Micromax service center after 4 Months, Stating it is repaired. But Instead when i checked it, i found it with added problems in it.1. My memory card from the mobile is missing.
2. It is not catching the signal even though i am in the city market.
PLease let me know how should i get my mobile replaced.
