Micromax Mobile — poor quality product and worst after sales service

Micromax mobile= chinese mobile. thats what i found.i purchased micromax x660 on 15,june,2012 & within 20 days my new phone is dead.i gave it to ur service centre(Tamana infotech,andheri east,mumbai) on 23 ,june,2012.now it has passed 25 days,but still i didnt get my headset..i did a big mistake by purchaseing ur product and ur after sales service is only to harass customer more and more.quality o[censored]r product is worst....u guys nver cn touch..wt nokia has done to win trust of indian customer.i'll suggest as many as possible to my friends,family members,even on facebook that nver buy micromax products......(IMEI No.-[protected],jobsheet no.-w[protected],reque st n0.-R1206FMH1315702) .

Micromax Mobile — poor quality of mobile and poor quality of service member

Dear Micromax Team,

I WANT TO REGISTER MY COMPLAINT AGAINST MICROMAX LTD for cheatig the customer to sell bogus phone, i have purchase a phone of micromax ltd model no. Q 5 on dated 11/10/2010.

from the month of oct 2011 to till today my phone has not worked properly. I cannot explain the very much poor service of micromax company and i have visited 5 times to the micromax service point G-187/G-336,Upper Ground Floor, Dream Mall.L.B.S. Marg Bhandup (west),Mumbai-400078 contact no.[protected].


i request u to register my complaint against the micromax service centre for replacing my phone.Please do DOA for my phone
i m not able to use my phone it is totally out of order and i m very much disapointed with the rudely behaviour of customer care.

i have handled my phone to the customer care more than 5 times but they have not repaired and replace even they have damaged my phone. even 2 time i had paid money for Trace ball Rs.350 and Rs 250 for out of order but then also it is not repaird by your service center.

The New Job sheet number is.....w[protected] Model--Without ACC.Q5...IMEI NOS.[protected]/[protected]. at present my mobile is handed to above mentioned address. your service center says that your mobile will be sent to our head office and it will take one month.

Please sir this a hamble request to Look into this matter on TOP Priority, and do the DOA for the pieces....

Important notes ( The service member who are working in service center they are just talking in such a bad manner that it just make us to fight and same escalated to member head Mr Anwar he just had given us the satifcation that he will do the need ful for mobile....)
