[Resolved] Micromax — Fraud by Micromax Mobile Service Center | |||
Hello, My Micromax mobile (X505 Psych) is under warranty and there was an issue with the TouchPad which was not functioning.Hence i gave the phone at the service centre i.e Cell’Q Communications Pvt. Ltd. located at G-187 & G-336, Upper Ground Floor, Dreams Mall, Off. L.B.S. Marg for the repair work. The official did not give me the jobsheet number as well as the order number saying that he had stamped the back of the bill which would be sufficient when i come to collect the phone.He gave me the xerox copy of the bill and when recently i called up asking him for the order number,the representatives refused to give me the order date as well as the order number.i had given the phone on 28/05/2011 and i have the stamp of Cell'Q at the back of the bill as a proof of the matter. Now it has been around 22 days and still the phone is not repaired.The official at Cell'Q informed me that the touch pad hasn't arrived.What is the use of buying a new phone from Micromax if the phone doesn't work? i visited the office of Cell’Q Communications Pvt. Ltd. thrice yet they say that the touchpad hasn't arrived. Also when i contacted the customer care center of Micromax(Phone number :--[protected]) ,they asked me to send a mail regarding the same.I tried to contact the manager of customer care but the customer care executives refused my request.One of them,a girl called Anu who is one of the customer care associates in Micromax head office even dropped the call after saying that they cannot transfer the call to the manager. They gave me a complaint number for reference i.e MMX[protected].When i gave the complaint in writing to them on [protected]@micromaxinfo.com, i haven't received a response from them regarding the same. When i told the service centre associates as well as the customer care associates at the Micromax customer care that i will take this issue with the consumer court,they rudely replied saying that "Do whatever you want,we don't care." BAD SERVICES DEALER & MICROMAX MOBILE
Dear Consumer Cell Head,
Let me share with you the Bad Experience with me while purchasing Micromax Mobile
Phone, I have purchased 1 Micromax Mobile x-395 Phone from Near By Dealer UNIVERCELL MOBILE EXPERT Mangalore
and very same day i Couired To My Uncle mangalore to bhatkala its 250 km so far and its village place after they recieved and open and download songs and when they on speakers then sound not clear but they infirmed but they cant send us return after 20 days they send us back.
when today when we went dealer shop they peoples telling us they cant help while purchasing only they told us micromax mobiles r not good mobile dont purchase after our int they gave its means we feel so bad abt micro max mobile company when mobile dealer only when tell there mobile not good then its shows abt mobile company .
after that I contacted Dealer he told to go service center they give with in 5 to 1o min when they went there they r telling speaker not there in stock its take ten days time... for we gave there mobile and come. but we decide in future we never take micro max mobile and we also suggest or advice our friends or anyone dont take or purchase micro max any product.
i already gave bill all will see what happen...

Micromax A70 mobile tech phone issue.

I had given the phone on 15/12/2011 and job sheet no N[protected].Now it has been around 37 days and still the phone is not repaired.The official at service center and customer care informed me that the touch pad hasn't arrived.What is the use of buying a new phone from Micromax if the phone doesn't work?

Micromax — FRAUD HANDSET X505
Dear Sir,I purchased X505 handset M_IMEI [protected] in Jan.2011. its display is faulty so i contacted their call center on 10th march 13:11 IST . they asked me to contact service center at VASHI . Service center told me that they do not have display so wait. I waited but that service center closed down. I contacted another service center at PANVEL but again got reply to wait NO job no. issued. Finally I got my complaint registered vide job no.1610195 at Dynamic Enterprizes at Chembur Mumbai on 14th April. Call center {[protected]} on 18th April at 15:11 IST assured that display will be available latest by 22nd April. But display has not reached service center. Now I am told to wait at least three months.
This means they are not going to replace/ repair my handset even in warrant
