[Resolved] Micromax — after sales service | |||
i have given my micromax q3 mobile for servicing in sept after 15 days they gave me my product saying now its ok and ready for use than next day only my q3 started giing same problem again i gave the product to service centre they told it will go to nagpur for 30 days than you will get a D-O so that you can get a new micromax q3+ if the product q3 is not available in the market because it cannot be repaired.till date i havent got my damaged product nor D-O. if you can do any needful thing than please help. Dear Sir/Madam,
I put my phone at micromax service center situated at Jamnagar, Gujarat on 16.06.2014 ( Scan copy is attached herewith). It has touch problem and touch pad have to be replaced as said by service center guy.
Now its 06.08.2014, 51 days passed ( Is it fair?), 15 - 20 time calls, 6 - 7 time visits, Complain through e mail also, still I am not having my phone get repaired yet...
Its embarrassing moment when they say that not getting support from upper level.
It is their responsibility to provide parts and accessories on timely basis.
Customer is not here to tolerate this kind of irresponsibility.
They just sell phone but not providing appropriate service.
I am student of CA and has no single minute to spent on fighting with company on this matter.
I am very much frustrated from after sales service provided by micromax.
I am very much disappointed by their replies.
I request you to please do something and help me, Literally I am begging you.

i went to service center 2-3 times but executive refuse to replace or repair it he said u have to do it urself.
still my problem is as it is and no solution from Micromax .
