[Resolved]  Micromax — pathetic after sales service and rude staff

My funbook p300 tablet was given for battery replacement and software upgrade issue at M/S UNITED TECHNOLOGIES

We had to follow up and visit atleast 3times but the same was given back after a week without even looking at it.


The service report was also not given on request.
On calling sanjay on mobile number [protected] the phone was answered in a very rude manner which is not acceptable

I feel insulted and this is not acceptable
