[Resolved]  Micromax Q3 — hang problem

mera pass q3 mobile hai uska muje pc suite chahiya or mobile hang ho raha hai

i have got a micromax q3 2 months ago when i open both the sims it hangs what to do at every stage it hangs

how to change thems.

I have Micromax Q3 Mobile Phone( which is under warranty) its working well starting two month but latst few month i have facing two problem.
1- SIM 1 NETWORK GONE AUTOMATICALLY AFTER RESTART IT WILL WOrK NORMALLY.

2- My call is not cut on simple one press "call cut button" , it will taken three or four times to cut the call.
i have checked my SIM to other phone, also launch the complaint in network provider,he says that there is a problem in your handset.
So i here by requesting you to please replace my phone as soon as possible.

I BOUGHT THIS PHONE TO USE INTERNEI, BUT I AM FACING A IOT OF PROBLAM IN JAVA APPLICATIONS. THE INTERNET CONNECTION IS GETTING LOST SUDDENLY. PLEASE SUGGEST ME ?
