[Resolved]  Micromax Q3 — Serious complaint against Micromax people

Dear Concerned

Pls refer to above & I would like to draw attention that I have submitted my Mobile MICROMAX Q3 on 20.11.2009 in service centre "RT OUTSOURCING SERVICES LTD." situated in Okhla for the repairment & I was advised by RT OUTSOURCING to contact after 10 days as the mother board of mobile is corrupted & will come from the Thailand & I had contacted RT OUTSOURCING after 20 days but still the resoponse was the same.

Further pls comment on that " You people must have set a parameter to resolve the customer's mobile issues within the fixed frametime" but its already 70 days gone but there is no care /response from the RT OUTSOURCING.

Now its a humble request to you , pls look into the matter very seriously & resolve the issue at the earliest.

HI,
my name is archit malhotra i purchased micromax c2i in november but in january the phone started heating up so in feb i gave this phone to your service centre situated in shahdara (gadget galaxy).
its been more than a month yet i have no hearing from ur side whenevr i call them up they say it would still take one week.
i mailed u guys as well but still no response from your side.
if this is the way to treat your customer then im really dissapointed by your sick service just hopping for a good solution or just would unnecessary need to take a legal action.
please help me out as soon as possible.

hello,

I m useing my Micromax Q3 mobile last 4 month. My problem is i can't excess internet on mobile + messanger nobody gave me solutation for that.

This is sumanta from Kolkata. I have purchased a MicroMAX C3 mobile from my local vendor on[protected]IMEI No. [protected] / [protected]).

The phone was okay actually. Suddenly I broke the Charger's PIN by mishandling. And I did call to one of their Support Person. I don't know where from your Support Persons are... He just guided me to bring the phone at 15 kilometers far Service Station instead of my nearest one.

Anyway, on 16 March 2010 I have deposited my cell. At APEX Marketing (Tobin Road, Kolkata) for changing the Charger Socket. And they agreed it will done by next 2-3 days. Later after 2 days, they called me up and asked it will be chargeable and the charge will be 300/- I agreed with that. They said it will be delivered by next 2 days.

After that, 3-4 days passed. They dint inform me anything regarding this. That's why I called them back. In that time they told me "Your handset is NOT OK. Our engineer could NOT able to fix the problems. You have to give that hand set to any other services stations". They asked to deposit the hand set to Babli Media Center (Manicktala, Kolkata).

Just, Imagine... After 7-8 days later they are saying that!!! is they don't have infrastructure to find out the actual problems ??? and why they NOT checked the actual problems when they took my hand set ??????

Now, the second part of that story is:

When I deposited that hand set at Babli Media Centre. They inspect my Handset and inform me that. APEX (my 1st service center) has destroyed some parts of circuit broad). I request them to resolve the problems ASAP as my cell phone is necessary things for me.

After another 1 week, today (27 March 2010) I again received the phone from Babli Media Centre. And now that phone is NOT able to store charges!!!

JUST IMAGINE HOW I'M SUFFERING WITH THEIR POOR SERVICE !!! EVEN THEIR SERVICE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW HOW TO REACT WITH THE CUSTOMERS.


ANY ONE CAN SUGGEST ME WHAT I SHOULD DO NOW ??? OR I NEED TO LAUNCH A COMPLAIN FILE WITH CONSUMER FORUM ????

I have purchased this handset from tilak nagar area but i dinot know that it has a poor perfomance i have paid for it Rs, 3600/- and i m not satisfied with the services of micromax mobile. i m going to complaint into cosumer court because the company has not dischared the duty proprely

I have purchase Micromax Mobile Phone Model No Q75 on Date:[protected]. From your retail out late Within Two Day I got the problem of network coverage in that both the card display proper tower signal but whene some bady call me the get the message of out of reach and etc. some time I got the emergency instead of network provider name so that I think this will be a problem of network provider so that I have change the sim card and use another company card but the problem is as it is. When I use that card with another hand set so in that I didn’t get problem so that I got the problem that it is in Mocromax Q75. So my next process is to find the service station of the micromax. Service book which is provided with the hand set in that there I get two address which is as below
1] shree Ram Krishna Enterprises
B:wing, 2nd Floor Satellite ect.
2]Oasis Technologies
16 Vardan Tower Naranpur a Etc
But both of them are not working till now .That’s why I call in another service center which is in bapunagar but the phone number which is given is not available. So that I go on internet buy searching for two day’s I got the address and mobile number of the service center which is in the Maninagar.So my next step is to go Maninagar service Center. This will take 15 days to go through this process.
Maninagar service center Service Man take two days to solve the problem. After I got my mobile once again I got that problem is as it is no progress at all. So that after some day’s I visit Service center again and again thay take my mobile for three day’s after three day’s I take my mobile back when I m going to use mobile the Problem of Network Coverage Is as on same Position.
So now I m Not Ready to do this thing again that’s why I have decided to complain about this in consumer Forum regarding this worth quality phone and Service. And also Clime for the 50000 rupees For that Due to this problem Many of my customer didn’t able to Contact my and all this I do for Finding service Center And etc.
I m working in software Company And my salary is 20000 So For this I have to west my valuable time for this so I have to take live for 3 day to service my Phone . I have the Xerox copy of the Job Card which is provided by Service Center.
When I have search for the Problem in Micromax I Got many People on internet having Same Problem For the Same Model No Q75. I think this is company defect in this model
I want to give one chance to Company To sole My Problem. And Hope That Company Provide Me Another Hand Set Or return My Money back…….. Hope u will not give chance me to go further. Rajendrasinh G chauhan(Mobile No: [protected]
