[Resolved]  Micromax Q5 — hardware service problem

hi i am yogesh i purchased micromax mobile Q5 on 30/jun/2010.
after one month my phone was started troubling like key pad not working and sometime scroll and when i get a call from outside the outsider cannt licen my voice so every month i have to go micromax service center and give the phone for service but iam geting fedup with these and no micromax call senter people is lifting the phone and putting on callwiting,so with in 6mnths i have given my moble for 5 time for repair,So i request you to please do the need full for me and please change my handset and give me a new one with good condition

MICROMAX Q5 — Defective Product

Deart Sir ,I bought the Micromax Q5 on date 21/3/10 but cell phone having a problem of track boll,,java function, handfree and some keys are not working properly.So i have given it to the customer center -New Tirupati Cellular's,khralwadi,Pune-18 on date 25/08/2010,but they have not given handset or any positive respons from them still date.
Now i dont have any handset to which i am suffering a lot,
Plz arrange a new set,
Otherwise i will go to consumer court

Dis the customer sentere guys repair it? Is it working properly?

Micromax q5 Mobile — Too long time taken on service & misbehaving

Dear micromax,
i have purchases micromax q5 handset in march 2010,which's i ball started creating problem within a month and finally stop working in july and its hands free was also showing always on i had visited to your gallery of manish market mumbai and given mobile to them for service they asked for a week but after one week it get worst again they asked for a week but not solved the problem now they are saying its mother board got problem it will take 1 month now ple say me sir how long i can wait how much time i can spent in roming to your gallary,i get frustrated ple. Help me,

Micromax q5 Mobile — no servicing of the set

To lnform u that i gave my mobile on 17th of jan for servicing. The service centre returned it on 3rd feb after servicing but the problem remained. I gave it back on 4th of feb. Again they called me on 1st march, i checked it & found that the problem still was there. It is almost 2 months & the mobile is not repaired.Iam facing problemsbcoz of this.

Micromax q5 Mobile — DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

I am Jagdeep Singh, R/o J- 339 Rishi Nagar, Rani Bagh. I had purchased a Micromax Q5 mobile from M/s. Sahib Telecom , Rani Bagh on 23/04/2010. I was going to purchase a Nokia Made Mobile because I have been using Nokia Mobile for a long time without having any problem. But unfortunately some of my friends recommended me to purchase Micromax Q5 & so I did. But right from that day when I purchased this a third class poor quality mobile & as well as your pathetic service to me , I have been suffering a lot. Right from begining , I am complaining that (1.)Its speaker does not work (the otherside person can’t hear my voice), (2.)It gets off automatically & even gets on automatically. (3.) Its curser ball doesn’t work properly.
I have visited four time for the same complaints at your Micromax service center that was situated in Shiva Market, Pitam Pura & Each time they kept my mobile for minimum seven or eight days. And then after repairing ,the same problems occurred after five or six days. Now on Monday I visited your Micromax service center that has been shifted to Patel Nagar. There I found a Genius Customer Service Executive Mr. NITIN hired by you. Now read carefully what he said. I told him the problems then he said to me that the speaker in this mobile is LOCAL & outside fitted . I was shocked to hear him & then I explained my whole experience with Micromax service center right from the day I purchased it to till now. Then he instantly changed his words that the speaker is not local but tere is some water has been spilled in it . What he thought , I am ,who is complaining for the same problems from the beginning. Every time I wasted my time. The person you have hired for giving a satisfactory service to customer & spread the business, doesn’t has even a little sense that how to talk or behave with a customer. Now neither I will visit at your center nor recommend any person to purchase MICROMAX products.
Now I am going to share all my experience what I have suffered with THE CONSUMER CELL & I ll claim for its replacement & as well as the whole cost what I have to pay.
