Micromax Q5C + Infibeam — complaint against poor service from service center and customer care for Q5C from last 3 month | |||
i had online purchased Micromax Q5C mobile from Infibeam on[protected] , but this mobile was having hanging problem , but in may first week mobile gone dead on[protected]. submitted in service center for repair , i got that mobile on[protected], but again on[protected] , for that i tried to write mail to Micromax customer service center , they played game till[protected] told me to redeposit mobile in service center , then i deposited mobile on[protected] , on[protected] i sent mail to them attaching the invioce copy , they asked me 1 week time to solve the problem , but after 1 week i called to customer care again asked me 24 hour time but when i called today[protected] they are telling to wait for one more week . from last month i am getting my mobile back , after getting also mobile will have problem and infibeem people just raised there hand and told me that they cant do anything , i need to contact directly to micromax. Kindly take action over Micromax and Infibeam , that they both are cheeting customer and looting money with customer. Kindly Take serious action over those company.
