Micromax — POOR QUALITY

I BROUGHT MICROMAX G4 THEY MENTIONED THAT THE BATTERY BACKUP 4 HOURS WHILE TALKING BUT IT NEVER COMES UPTO 1 HOUR..

my name is karthika i am buy a micromax g4 mobile on 31.07.10 then one weak after the battery back up is low so i am so many time tel that universel (k.K.Nagar branch) then i am give to service center in t-nagar on 17.08.10 the that center return on 24.08.10 but camera will be not work so i need change the mobile so i need technical problem leter yo micromax please help me my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

Micromax — related to micromax g4 mobile

i purchased micromax g4 and the IMEI NO IS ([protected]) on 11/02/2011 and on 21/05/2011 it became ded, then i have given it in the galary ( Bhagwati mobile Shop No:-2 2nd floor Thakkar SDhopping Mall Borivali (West) )and they tell me to come tomorrow and then i went on that day then they told motherboard is not working they told me come after 1 month so what can i do for that , if you provide this type of facility then who will ready to purchase your mobile, plz suggest me about my mobile my lot of work pending for mobile plz take immediate action for that
