[Resolved] Micromax Q7 — INVALID IMEI NO OR BOTH SIM | |||
Dear sir, Please explain me how this can happen. How come my IMEI number can change automatically.I know that your company promise for valid IMEI in the market and still customer are facing this kind of problems. It is easy to apologize and to say to visit service center and upload IMEI but this is happen only within 14 months. I have lost my money due to this defect.MICROMAX Q7. JUST FEW HOURS AGO MY MOBILE GOT SWITCHED OFF AND WHEN I SWITCHED ON IT SHOWED MESSAGE THE IT HAS INVALID IMEI NO.........SO PLEASE NOTE MY IMEI NOS. [protected] AND [protected].............WHY THIS PROBLEM IS ARISED IS YOUR COMPANY HAS NOT REGISTERD FOR IT............ NOW I CAN'T USE MOBILE. PLEASE GIVE ME SOLUTION URGENTLY.............. Same problem with me, i think a company likd micromax shud be considered as low technology company, having no experience in mobile phone manufacturing.and i agree they are cheaters.
