i am facing severe service issues from micromax which requires your attention also My funbook p300 was given for battery replacement and software upgrade issue at M/S UNITED TECHNOLOGIES Shop no. 209, Sanghvi Square, Opp Bank of Baroda, M. G. Road, Ghatkopar (W), Mumbai - 400086 Mobile No. :[protected] Phone No. :[protected] Email : [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com We had to follow up and visit atleast 3times but the same was given back after a week without even looking at it.The phone numbers are purposely switched off. The service report was also not given on request. we are forced to move to consumer court under consumer protection act,1986 for mental harassment if this is not resolved immediately Now i have given the tablet at M/S CELLQ COMMUNICATIONS PVT. LTD. G-336,Upper Ground Floor,Dreams malls,Off L.B.S.Marg,Bhandup West, Mumbai - Email : [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com they are telling it will take one month to three months for the board to come and repair the tablet.Already one month has lapsed since the tablet is given at all your service centres one by one.
