My name is navin raghuwanshi i recently bought mobile of your company the model no. is w 900. i have no idea what went wrong but it was't being switch on so i showed it to the authorised service center o[censored]r company in my city bhopal. they told me there is some serious problem in the handset that can't be fixed so they will give me a new handset in one week i submited my mobile already but it's about a month now and they did't gave me any handset of any reliable answer for the delay they say w 900 is't in stock so they are unable to give me a new handset it can take even a year. the imei no. of my mobile is [protected] and DOA Tracking no. is 222. plz help me or i won't have any other choice but to go in consumer forum against ur company and manegment. PURCHES DATE 22/03/2010

im pradeep im submit my mobile in micromax serice centre in date of 01-07-10.in "micro technology wz-51,(opp.)ING-vysya bank,metro pillar no.219,west patel nagar new delhi-110008...my ob card no. is 379891...evry time i called him but all the time they are discunect the phone and im going to centre but they r said call tom.. day after tom... always n mr. tushar is useing abuse laug.. with me

micromax w900 — under repair for 16 days

I have purchased w900 on 11/09/10, gave to authorised service center on 1 st oct and now wating for replacement from company with no positive feedback till date. Please guide me what to do to get my phone back repaired or replaced?

Micromax W900 — Display Damaged

I am using a Micromax W900 its been 4 months and The service centres in Mumbai still dont have the display for the handset. I AM WILLING TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGE OF MY PHONE BUT ATLEAST HAVE THE PARTS OF THE HANDSET AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET. I am just not able to use the phone at all. Its a waste.
