[Resolved]  Micromax — non delivery of mobile send for replacement

I bought a Micromax Q5 dual sim mobile, dated 18-12-10

that was found to be having a hardware problem on 20th December. I submitted the mobile to the customer care, they kept the mobile for 3 days, then returned it to me saying that I have to take it to the dealer for replacement. I took it to the dealer, he has kept till now and is not returning the set till now.
