Micromax X263 — Not getting mobile within time

(I bought X263 and facing problem purchased on[protected] if you want to call anyone or receive any calls dont BUY OR USE MICROMAX. i submitted my mobile on 18/01/2012 and iam not getting my mobile right now and 3 times gone at service center(Satguru communication GF Dharam Pali palace Bhoja Market Sec 27 Near Vinayak hospital Noida G.B.Nagar U.P. India) customer job card=3257266 and IME1 No-[protected] and i called 6 times said saturday saturday saturday,,
