I got a defective MICROTEK INVERTER, UPSSEBz900 with serial number 14KGXSBAB73984, which cannot be switched on because of a defective switch. I bought the product from NEOTRONICS, KOLLAM, , PH:[protected], Even after repeated notification of the complaint to the dealer, for 4 days, there has not been, no assurance, about any kind of repair or replacement and nobody came for service/checking of the problem. Most importantly, the micotekdirect site which offers complaint registration online, is down for days. In short, there is no way for solving the issue even after delivery of a defective product

HI Microtech, i have purchased Microtech UPS from your website in bangalore http://microtekbangalore.hpage.com/ with below people. these people are dumping the products with out proper installation and when we call for issue they are telling that is not their problem. they are not at all giving any service to us. When we are giving compliant they are playing with us saying they will take back the product and in return they will deduct Rs 2000 from the total money. we want to know is the below people belongs to you are some one else? if these are your people then we are very mush disappointed in you . Very-very bad service by SASAKA... My complain number is 47209...I hv purchased RO Water Purifier and needed service after sometime...Raised complaint against that but its one week passed nobdy from the company visited to solve the problem... Everybody please go for other product like KENT... is best... I am posting my RO purifier to OLX for sell... Again...very bery bad service...

I have recently bought a Microtek UPS. It worked alright for a day, but after than it is giving me issue. My Microtek Inverter purchased 2 years back has stopped working. Though it keeps on charging, its not possible to switch on when power supply is stopped. The appliance is used at Home during power cuts. Though I have called local Service Center in Kolkata, they are yet to send any service personel.

Hi, My name is Amrit Agarwal. I have a microtek inverter bearing serial number: 11GGYNB55460 and model is 1500 SW. Since last 1 month I have been facing issues with my inverter. It is not giving backup and the output voltage is around 100 Volts. So I filed a complaint (MJB713082) on 9th August and an engineer visited my home on 11th August and changed the IC of the inverter. He charged me Rs 800 for this. But after a few days, the inverter started giving the same problem again. So I filed a complaint (MJB747489) again on 19th August. A very very rude and arrogant engineer visited my home and took the PCB and returned back on 25th August. But the same problem evolved again after few days. So I filed a complaint again on 15th September (MJB847923). A engineer visited my home and informed that the PCB needs to be changed and I will have to pay for it. I was shocked hearing this. I have been filing the complaint for same problem again and again which has not yet been properly diagnosed by your engineer. Are they trying to fool the consumer by changing the spare parts of their choice and then asking money again for changing other part again but the problem remains unsolved. This is not the kind of service I expect from National brand like Microtek. If there was problem with the PCB then why did you change my IC and took Rs 800 . If you want money now for PCB, I want my money back which I paid for IC. I am totally frustrated by the pathetic service and rude behaviour of Microtek Team. I want a solution for my problem.

sir, myself pinaka mishra has given a complain 3 days before by verbally through telephonic call bearing no[protected] .but they have not given the complain reference no till 2 days. Today i have called more than 20 times a day through my cell no[protected] they did not respond but at evening they received my call through my residence land line no[protected] and give the complain no as -863310 at 6.30 pm on dt.[protected]. for which i am facing lot of problems. my brother is a kidney transplant patient for which the current is most necessary for my residence.the staff who is receiving our calls they dont taking our complaints seriously.i am morally and physically so depressed . thanking you warm regards pinaka mishra [protected]

Dear sir/madam I boughtproblem emrotect inVerter before 1 .6 year but it is not working last 8 month i complaints many times the service man come and said it is damaged and not worked then said replaced it but he say it is in warranty so i said please maintain it but it is not working service man come but can not maintain it so what i do please solved that problem

I bought a 3KVA Microtech inverter with Okaya batteries and had problems with it from the beginning. After one mother board zap, and one battery blow up and the other three batteries swollen up and totally un-usable, I sold the batteries for junk in 3 yrs! Did not get any help from either Microtech or Okaya. They kept pointing to each other only looking for a way to get out of helping me. Product - bad! Customer service - Worse!! Integrity- Non existant!!! Disgusting unscrupulous cheats!!! I also found out (in hindsight) that the manager at Microtech Cochin was a crook. I had approached the company directly to buy the inverter and batteries. He charged me double the price of the batteries using another dealer as a front. They are just a bad lot and a shame to India!! unscrupulous cheats! and their "warranty" or "guarantee" is not worth the paper it is written on. I have been told that all these Delhi based battery/inverter companies are only interested in selling their products. Nothing else!!! Keep away from these two companies. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU BUY!!

I went to Microtek service center Bareilly UP on Date:[protected] Bill No. 25/19329 for repair of my inverter(Modle 1550 SWE2) they told me to replace my old card/Complete PCB from new one for that they will charge me 1500/- Rs. I agreed after the job completed I found that they replace my PCB with a repaired PCB instead of new one. When I asked them they told me that they will provide me the repaired only because company is not providing them new and they also deposit my old PCB Card. My Questions. 1. Why they told me to replace my PCB with new one when they didn't do it ? 2. For what they charge me, my Instrument still not working & creating a Disturbing noises? After that I have made online complaint with mobile no [protected] on[protected] complaint no MJ823965 then service engineer (Mr. Asif Warsi) visit at or home but the problem still persist Then also I have made another complaint on[protected] with same mobile no [protected] complaint no MJ844805 now on[protected] Service engineer(Mr. Juned) call me ask the address and within few minutes they closed the complaint by sending sms Now I am still facing problems and they do no want to listen my problems in fact they have given one month warranty on that PCB Card Their Service Center Bareilly No[protected] Microtek Helpline Toll free no [protected] From: Krishan Murari Bareilly UP-243122 Mob: +91-[protected]

I have purchased 1000 VA inverter before two month but that was a bad experiance. Besically after10 days of purchasing date it was not able to maintain gravity of battery to 1250 that's why this is giving very wrost backup less than 1:30 hours. For this I had lodged a complain on19/08/13 but nobody attend the complain first time then again lodged a complain on 5-09-13 after making various phone call they attend the complain and change the plate even power was not there. This plate was old as my inverter was in the warranty period so defected parts should be replaced by the new parts insted of old ( Used) parts.

I am owner of 3 KV Microtek Inverter since last 4 years.

I came across your Service Department two times before.Firstly, my
inverter was making untoleable and very disturbing noise and it was
unable for me to keep the machine in my house. I called Microtek
Services and that time my inverter was under warranty. I asked your
people to give replacement of the machine as the machine noise was
disturbing us and actually it was a written commitment from Microtek
on a printed Phamplet that 3 KV machine which will be supplied to me
will be noiseless. Finally your people refused to give a replacement
and replaced the fan with my costs and assured me that the machine
will not make any noise thereafter. Surprisingly, my problem was not
resolved even by 10%. And this was how I was taxed though my machine
was under warranty and without any result.

This time when I contacted Microtek, Pune, as per the Complaint Number
mentioned in the subject, Mr.Sabir K.Gardi attended the complaint
hurriedly on 6-7-2013 and finished his job within 2 minutes of time
and told me that he will give fault finding report to the office and
his senior will attend my complaint in couple of days.

Surprisingly, nobody todate has attended my complaint and my inverter
in still in non-working status. This delay may cause damages to my 4
Exide Battries which costs @ Rs. 1 Lakh.

In short, Microtek Service Policies and day-to-day administration
never looks Customer-Friendly. Microtek tries to dictate its own
unacceptable policies and strategies to the customer every time.

If my Inverter will not be repaired within 2 days from now, I will
take strict action against you by putting this matter on media and
also by launching legal complaint in the Consumer Court asking therein
huge compensation against your improper services and damages to my
Batteries due to your insufficiency. You will be responsible for all
the costs and consequences arising thereafter.

My microtech inverter 800VA is not working properly.The inverter when turned on,it goes off and continued again on and then off and so on.Battary bein charged,power from main being transmittingthrough it.
Pl. send your service staff to get get the problem rectified.

I have purchased a MICROTEK Inverter from DAS ELECTRONIC KHARAGPUR DIST-PASCHIM MIDNAPUR (W.B) on 10.06.2012.Its model is EB 860 and Sl No. is 12AGPNH73217.Invertor became out of order on 18.04.2013 in the morning at 04.30 A.M. . Due to weekly closing of the shop on (Thursday) 18.04.2013 I couldn’t lodged complain the same day .I lodged complain on 19th April 2013 and I was told that It will be repaired within three days.Three days is already passed but I couldn’t even contacted .I reminded them on 4th day they assured that it will be solved on next day but it is not yet solved. It is very difficult to pass the days in hot weather when power is cut off and even having Invertor and how can I stay with your company If your service is so poor? Kindly arrange to solve problem very quickly That I may stay with you.
