[Resolved]  MNP — MNP not processed

Dear Sir/Madam

This is regarding my attempt to Port Out my Mobile no. from Airtel to Vodafone.

I am trying to port out my airtel mobile no. [protected] from airtel to vodafone since 10days.
Then, I called customer care to resolve the query. But I could not call as i didnt have balance and I tried many times to recharge, it is showing information not available.I have applied for porting at a Vodafone outlet situated at Hariom Tower,Lalpur,Ranchi-834001.When I enquired there they r not answering anything and not accepting my call also.well now I am at roaming and I urgently need my number.Sometimes the airtel sim shows registration failed and some times full network.
.I have already emailed airtel about this but they are not replying anything.What can now else do please help me out. These people are not able to SIMPLY PORT OUT MY NUMBER, inspite of being applying at the company outlet.
I request you to kindly look into the matter immediately.
