Mobikwik — Fraud company

Hi,

Yesterday(on 17th March), i tried to recharge my Mobikwik account balance paying Rs.340. The amount is debited from my bank account, but still nothing is credited to my mobikwik account balance. Can someone tell me is this really a fraud company. Do they have any customer care number to contact.
Even i have raised a complaint on their site, and my ticket number is 11005. But till date this is still an open issue. Any one have any idea on this company, and how to resolve this matter.

hello my name is amardeep singh [protected] from lucknow i made a recharge of rs 6 and due to some technical error it is not done and my money 6+1 crdited in mobikwik account and thn again i added rs 10 in mobikwik balance and now i hve 15 rs in my account i got a msg on my mobile i recieved rs 10 but not rs 6 plzz c to it and refund my money...i also complaint in customer care
Mine is the same case.
I paid to e-wallet Rs. 510 to get 500.
It is debited from my credit card but not got added to mobikwik balance.
Ticket nos are-11289, 11309.
No customer care no is provided.
Don't know when it will be credited?
Please raise concerns about these fraudulent activities.
Even they have loads of campaigns in giving free coupons, I and many of my friends have not got any coupons after charging so many.

I got the 10% coupon from mobikwik and I recharged for 500 and applied the coupon but no amount was added to my account. New way to cheat the customer .

If they are really want to give 10% why not show the extra amount before payment itself

i have 110 recharge, not credit the balance, plz check
even i have the same complaint.
i recharged for Rs 60 just to see how it works since its my first experience.
and its a disappointing one.
the said amount has been deducted from my bank account but didnt get any recharge.
i didnt receive any transaction ID either.
i tried calling the cust care no. but it says, its switched off.
how to reach them anyway?

hello i have recharge 26 rs date 07.09.2013, but not received my balance.
some beggers started this company to cheat citizens. this amounts to cheating one day they will be booked no doubt. today on[protected] unfortunately i opened the window of bsnl. This type of bogus companies windows why that bsnl company encourages we do not know may be they have tied up with this mobikwik.com company in cheating. today on[protected] i paid an amount of Rs.135/- towards recharge of my mobile through internet banking my booking id [protected] so far i have not received any talk time into my mobile. kindly take action against the company at the ends of justice.

i have paid for my mblaze recharge 3 times Rs.248. One time Rs. 248 returned to my account. one time it is recharged. another time amount couldnot returned to me. I opaid before pongal holidays. So I am waiting for the amount
