I bought 640 XL Duos on 9th of last month. To get the widely advertised and assured ₹ 300/- out of 3600/- distributed over 12 months, I spent a lot of time and went through a lot of mental tension making calls which they refuse to pickup. I am put on hold for six minutes. I disconnected the call. I could have got it at much lower price from on line sales. But I bought it from showroom and get the payback details written on the bill. I have the bill with the manager's instructions. I got the promised ₹ 300 after nine days. Now on the second month I applied LUM300 and when a message showed that payback was successfully applied I was relieved. But payback did not happen. I submitted a ticket through MobiKwik app. After four days of complaint I got an SMS saying my ticket 3741882 is resolved and a email is sent how it has been resolved. But no mail. Now they do not take calls from my mobile. Mobikwik app on my phone gives messages to enter message, when I click on OK, I get a second message asking me to enter my valid ten digit mobile number. This message is identical to previous message. Complaint and mobile number is entered exactly like the first complaint. They do not want any communication from me. I would like to file a case against this company. At the age of 70 I get upset and mentally disturbed by people who try to cheat. I want people to know what is happening and what is Mobikwik.
