Mobikwik.com — Money deducted from bank ac but recharge not done

I did a Mobile recharge through net banking from mobikwik.com. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but I did not receive recharge on the Mobile. When i contact mobikwik.com customer care, they said "it will took 7-15days". When after 15days i contact them again they said "please wait 7days more". Now its been almost 22days over but still i have not received my refund back.

my number has been ported to bsnl from airtel .i had recharged my mobile using mobiwik for an amounts of 55,98,98 which were unsuccesful and the transaction ids are [protected],[protected],[protected].please help me out kindly check it
