Mobikwik — rs 200 is cutted

i have transferred a amount of rs 200 to my mobikwik account from my bank account but it is cutted from my bank account but it not showing in my mobiwik balance. help please

Mobikwik is the trusted website..
u can send the transaction details to the mail id mentioned in the website..
i too had the same issue got my money on the next two days...

i add 300 belance two times to mobiwik and its cuts from my bank account but not showing in my main balance its total cut from my account amount is 600rs please help me...

Recharge amount not received

I have done the recharge amount of Rs 50. I account is debited 50 from the bank. But i didnt get the recharge amount to my mobile balance.

money transferred and accepted but no added in wallet.
