[Resolved]  Mobile Sim (Idea) — INCOMING NOT WORKING

I visit on Idea mobile store bopal ahmedabad on 23/06/11 around 6:10PM The Idea representative say this is genune problem it was solb in 2-3 days but for your satisfaction i write a mail to my senior then I reply soon.But Sir this is not fair that if any person use use portability then sevice provided block their services of phone call for entire portability time(7 Days).

According to portability rule after 7 day your card fully transfer & activated in new operater but after 8 days my mob. no [protected] (airtel to Idea) not working customer care person says its take few more time not says exactly time.only out going active from 22/06/11 .

We use prepaid mobile potability for mob no. [protected] from airtel to Idea on 19/06/11 but from today 22/06/11 Idea out going activated but in-coming not working.Pls do I am needfull.this complain was also submited on Jun 22, 2011 at this web site.

Idea Cellular — SIM RESISTRATION

NOT WORKING

We use prepaid mobile potability for mob no. [protected] from airtel to Idea on 19/06/11 but from 22/06/11 Idea out going activated but in-coming not working.but from 22/09/11 my mo resistration failed.Pls active my mobile no [protected]. I am needfull.this complain was also submited on Jun 22, 2011 at this web site.

according to your idea cellular represnetative Mr.Anikate (calling on 26/27 sep 2011) i visit your my idea bopal Ahmedabad but your represnetative Mrs Nisha said that Name for this mob no.[protected] not show in my system so i am not submit your document and active your.this is big comunication gap betbeen idea cellular and your my idea store this fifth visit of my idea for me so i regquest u that pls take proper dicsion.
