I had purchased a Sony Ericsson w580i handset from The
Mobile Store, Opp. Chermas, Secunderabad on 9th August 2009
( Customer #[protected], Invoice #: AP 208). I was offered 5%
cash back and was told that I would receive a call regarding
the same in 2 weeks. When I didn’t receive a call for 4
weeks, I called up customer care and they informed I needed
to furnish some papers and send it to them. To my dismay,
nothing of this was informed at the time of purchase. I
rushed to the store, I was relieved to know that I have time
till mid Jan 2010. I filled up the form and send it by
courier service DTDC #H67382060 dated 22nd Nov 2009. I
inquired the customer care and they acknowledged the receipt
of the same. Since then I have been raising enormous tickets
and making numerous calls to customer care and have not
received the amount I am entitled to. All this has been a
trauma with a case of false lucrative offer, untrained staff
and loss of money to the customer. The tickets pending with The mobile Customer Care are : R[protected] and ii[protected]. It's been more than a year, I want people to be wary of such offers in future

MOBILE STORE — 5% CASH BACK OFFER
I had bought a mobile for Rs 10000 on September 2nd 2009.The company offered 5%cash back offer.I had filled the coupon and bill and had sent it to the company.I didnt recieve the cheque yet.They had told that cheque will be sent via post within 6 weeks but didnt recieve it for the past 6 months.This is really embarrassing and shameful to such an esteemed company..
