[Resolved]  Mobile Store — Mobile Store-Didn't get Diwali cash back offer till today

I purchased IPhone 5s on 5/11/2013 at Mobile Store, Lower Ground Floor, Inorbit mall, Hitechcity Hyderabad branch and there was a Diwali 5% cash back offer to redeem in mobile store.I was told by employee that I will receive redeem code within an hour and the offer is printed on invoice als0 but I didn't receive any code till today. I was keep on asking the employee from the day I purchased the mobile at the mobile store for the code and I was told by him he was in follow up with the customer care team but I didn't receive any coupon code till today .The offer redeem date also expired now but I didn't receive any cash back offer as they told. I am not able to reach cutomercare since always I am getting busy tone. As they promised I should get cash back offer worth Rs.2795 on my purchase. It was so inconvenience for me as I had to go daily to the store to follow up but the people didn't take any action on this.The store manager at Mobile Store, Lower Ground Floor, Inorbit mall, Hitechcity Hyderabad branch promised me that they will arrange some accessories for the worth of my cash back offer but there is no further action in this case. I didn't expect this inconvenience from mobile store . I guess they cheat the customers in this way by showing the cash back offers.
