Defective device delivered on 24 Sept 2012: 04:10 PM through Blue Dart Courier.

Unable to switch on the device. No charging.
I called the customer care officers more than 100 times
Registered many complains such as

Visited to your mobile store at secunderabad. The manager (Mr Shiva) communicated to Mobile store office.

I have completed all formalities from payment to reporting.

No response from Mobile store. They are fraud, cheater.
they are involved in online fraud.
