[Resolved]  Mobile Store — mobile not repairing in extended warranty period

During Extended warranty period provided by Mobile store, my Samsung Wave525 was facing network problem, I submitted handset to mobile store, after several followups of 6 months now they says repair cost is 4, 000/-, We cant support this much we can share only 1, 000/-, I asked them is there mentioned in your policy?, But they said its understanding.If no where mentioned up to what amount they are supporting, then how they decide only 1, 000/- at last moment. my handset is still with them only, As I am in need of support from consumer court. this is cheating from mobile store taking extra money for extended warranty and not supporting customers.
