Please let me know how long do I need to wait . It is almost a 45 days when mobile given to Nokia care center on 19th July.
Reached [protected]@nokia .com number of times and finally also raised complaint to Nokia India on 6th Aug.

Nokia Purchase as well as Extended warranty in place
Mobile diplay got blank and there is any scratch or damage to the top panel display. Initially in the Nokia Care center in Anna Nagar they have accepted to replace the display and they provided me the Job sheet to collect the mobile in a day or so . After 3 days of my follow up and they call me that mobile is in physical damage and it would cost Rs.2000+ to replace the display inside.
I bought the mobile in same Nokia care center and also applied for extended the warranty by Nokia Care Protect by paying additional Rs.500 13 Jun 2013.
I don't see any damage the care center which is trying to change words and does not bother on warranty. I have using Nokia mobiles only for years and recommended to everyone to buy one and only Nokia mobiles , but due to this behaviour and attitude of Nokia Care center really worried why i solely trusted Nokia mobiles.
Mobile is still with the Nokia care center in Anna Nagar. I am not going to collect the mobile without fixing the display.
Please arrange to fix the mobile.
