can you have credit on the state of those funds ?
as everyone is lost in order to receive pay upfront surely is scam itself doesnt make sense you need the funds in order to pay ..how does that work ?
are banks actually helping when you have no methor of paying upfront?

as I have come across the same problem in order to receive need to raise an large amount upfront surely is not right, ofcourse if you got it is fine there can deduct but banking not allowing is crazy as you run in circles
