gas cylinder — faulty cylinder
My gas cylinder (indane Gas) is faulty. When ever I try to switch off the cylinder from regulator, It does not get switched off.The smell of gas keep commingcustomer no 27270
mohanil gas service — Dealer not modifying gas number
For the last 3 months, I have to visit the dealer personally for the booking of the Gas. I am unable to book the gas on mobile number"[protected]" since my gas number is "4938A". Because of the pre-fixation of "A" the system does not allows me to book the gas on phone. The dealer says that I have to come personally every time to book the gas. The dealer is not ready to modify my gas number for the last 3 months. Kindly look into this matter.Regards,

I HAVE FACED SIMILAR PROBLEMS WHEN i MOVED TO COPERNICUS MARG IN DELHI. I RECD MY FIRST 2 CYLINDERS AND EVEN AFTER WEIGHING THEM, THE CYLINDERS LASTED ONLY 20 DAYS. tHE NEXT CYLINDERS BOUGHT ALSO LASTED 20 DAYS. THE SAME MEMBERS WITH SAME COOKING IN NOIDA, THE CYLINDER USED TO LAST 45 TO 60 DAYS. I AM NOW PAYING RS 900 PER CYLINDER EVERY 20 DAYS AS THEY DONT PERMIT MORE THAN 3 CYLINDERS IN 6 MONTHS. I FEEL CHEATED BUT CANT UNDERSTAND HOW. PREMNATH AGENCY STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN YOU SPEAK TO THEM. I AM GETTING DESPERATE AND ACTUALLY CONSIDERING CHANGING THE AGENCY. CAN SOMEBODY ADVICE. mohanil gas service — Not able to get through
I am customer with Mohanil Gas Service. It is most frustrating to get through to them on the phone. The phone is all the time coming engaged. After continues redialling one gets through after two hours. The most disgusting part is that even on getting through no picks up the phone. It has been like this for last two years.Its a nighmare when I have to place a demand for cylinder. Will some one in the management get us better service. We pay for the gas and no one is doing a faovur. As a customer it is my right to demand better service.My customer ID M 18102.
