I booked the cylinder on 15th April and paid online and got the message that the cylinder have been delivered. but I am still waiting for the delivery of the gas cylinder.

This is fraud and no response from agency, distributor . Also raised the complainant on toll free no but no response yet.

this is about mohanil gas service, IIT chowk, near essex Farm newdelhi 110016.They do not respond to phone number.never on land line and if you will call at there mobile number given on indian oil website, they get irritated without listening the complaint. What to do .where to complaint...

I had ordered for a gas cylinder dated 28 September 2012 which finally arrived on October 8, 2012 and exactly on 12 November 2012, the cylinder emptied. Now the catch is, for the last 15 days I had been travelling and my roommate barely cooks. The regular being breakfast and coffee. I cannot understand how in a household of two spinsters, gas can be over so soon!
