mohanil gas service — Cylinder booked and paid but still waiting for delivery

I booked the cylinder on 15th April and paid online and got the message that the cylinder have been delivered. but I am still waiting for the delivery of the gas cylinder.

This is fraud and no response from agency, distributor . Also raised the complainant on toll free no but no response yet.

Very pathetic and fraud by Indian oil. mohanil gas agency Hauz khas delhi they do not pick up phones . Very annoying and irritated now. What to do now...
