[Resolved]  MoolChand Hospital — Refund of extra amount

Irresponsible and ignoring for refund of extra amount deposited in MoolChand Hospital, New Delhi
My mother was admitted in moolchand hospital and released on 13th january 2013, when asked for the bill they showed us the amount in total and asked that is it all right,in that position we cant say what amount was taken for which treatment, when the final bill was given to us we found some amount was extra charged so they said that the correction will be done and send we in the given address by courier in five days but till date that's 10th February 2013 nor we have received the rest extra amount nor the corrected bill in the address when ever we call to the hospital
they cant reply correctly were the bill has gone or were the cheque of the rest amount is ...... we are very upset coz we cant submit the bill for reimbursement of the amount. please help us we stay in Ranchi given a address of delhi for myself given & checked the address twice so the courier would not return..............
