Hello,
I have a complaint against Dr. Pawan Kumar Mangla, who was treating my father in the ICU from May 3rd to May 7th, 2023. My father died on May 7th due to the negligence of the doctor who was relaxed and did not provide proper treatment to increase the cardiac Ejection Fraction.
1. My father was on the ventilator due to pneumonia and after my constant discussion with him, he started steroids along with antibiotics. My father responded very well to steroids. He was off the ventilator and was breathing without any support.
2. Because of pneumonia his Cardiac Ejection Fraction was reduced. This is 2023 and there are several medicines available to improve Ejection Fraction. Dr. Mangla did not try to improve his EF and he suffered a cardiac arrest on May 7th and died.
3. Dr. Mangla's attitude towards treating my father was very bad. He told me he is 80 years old. An 80-year-old man can recover and go back home if Dr. Mangla did not treat him as an already dead man. My father was a fit man, no blood pressure, no diabetes, and no other major problem. He used to walk every day in the park.
Honestly, if Dr. Mangla was a little enthusiastic about saving him, he would have been alive today.
I believe, in Moolchand Hospital you will not tolerate such practices where old people are treated as already dead persons.
Regards,
