Motorola And Infibeam — Poor customer service and Selling Defective piece
I bought a Motorola Defy plus from infibeam.com on 5th August 2012 of IMEI number [protected] and the phone keeps on rebooting randomly since the first day. Infibeam's Customer care executives told me to pack the phone and somebody would come and collect the phone but nobody came for 10 days after which I took the phone to Motorola's Service Center in Thane C.COM TELE COMMUNICATIONS LTD which offers pathetic service, they keep saying the phone will be repaired and then keep it for ten days or so and yet the problems remains. They dont even keep a log of what the problem is or what did they exactly do with the phone, they assure me about changing the motherboard of the phone but nothing has been done. I have now gone there twice and nothing has been done about the problem. I am appaled at the aftersale service which Motorola gives and the problem is frustrating to no end. I want a replacement of a refund of my money. Was this information helpful?

Motorola — Pathetic Customer Service
Dear All,I had one of the worst experiences when I gave my mobile for repair at the Motorola Autorised service center in Hyderabad. They took more than 10 days to attend to the problem. When I got fed up of following up with them for the mobile, I asked them to give it back without repairing it. They intially gave me some other mobile and asked me to pay Rs. 1800 as repair charges!!!
When I got angry and shouted at him, his senior came and he said he cannot give me the mobile because he does not have and it and said that he will give it the next day... After such a harrowing experience I got my mobile back!!!
After such a harrowing experience I realised that a mobile is only worth the customer service it gets!!!
