Hi, I have given my Motorolla handset to mottorolla service center in Shivajinagar Pune on 04-Apr-2009, but till now, after more than one month, I did not get my handset back. I have called the customer care and service center many time and registered a complaint also and they told me that they will get back to me within 48 hrs but till now I haven't heard from them too. Motorola — Handset

I hv purchased a new Motorola Handset A810 on[protected]. I m getting battery problem and other function problem from day 1. I had purchased from Croma retail store and have given handset for my query but i m highly disappointed on purchasing motorola. their customer care has yet not responded. the phone no they give is eternally engaged. I request you to do something about this poor response and also advice everyone not to purchase motorola
