MOTOROLA/MOTO Z6 PREMIUM [protected] was purchased on 8th july 2008 from Jai Mata di Electronics, Shop No.6 Gulmarg Palace, K.B.Maarg Section 17, Ulhasnagar-421003 Ph :2564910 Since September 2008, POWER BUTTON NOT WORKING complained to the said shop where it was purchased he said there is some problem with service centres so rerquested to wait, fionally gave an address of SKYLARK ASSOCIATES at Kalyan where I have visited for number of times where they have one or the other problem and they cannot provide service till they have not registered with website So I have spent lot of money travelling and frustrated by their irresponsible behaviour Now thier is worst to see Battery does not lasts even for an hour and the Inastrrument becomes too hot. Z6 premium model — Part not being replaced
Dear Customer service,I would like to bring to your notice that my motorola Z6 premium model mobile keypad got damaged and even placed a work order no:VI/MO/08/01519 ON 16/07/2008 AT 13:50:11 AND WAS GIVEN TIME OF 10 DAYS.I feel that this is one of the worst service providing service centre for motorala Service centre Address: REDINGTON INDIA LIMITED, 101, MEDICHARLA TOWERS, #47-10-3, DWARAKA NAGAR, NEAR DIAMOND PARK, VISAKHAPATNAM-530016.MOBILE:[protected]lAND:[protected]/2793028.
Later when called up to the mobile number provided by the service centre:[protected] all the times women were answering the calls and are not responding properly and abusing vulgurly when asked for the managers contact number and the name of the person who was attending the call at that time and later said "that im the IT Coordinator here and do what ever you can?"
You need to take care of my work order and if possible please maintain decent staff at your authorised service centres who are capable of handling the customers with respect and polite manner and are educated.
