[Resolved]  Motorola W230 — NOT ACCEPTANCE OF IDEA SIMCARD

Respected Sir,

I have a MOTOROLA W230 model mobile which I had bought one year before and since today morning I lost connectivity, both incoming and outgoing. I am using IDEA prepaid connection. When I consulted with customer service agent, they informed me that there is problem for using IDEA connection in this model of mobile. I am not satisfied with the response I got from them. Hence I request you to enquire about this issue and hoping for a response from your end. Also note my IMEI No. [protected] and my mobile number is [protected] / [protected].

i purchases a motorola w230 mobile 1 month use.this sate is dead.
moto.servise centre ko set diya, set after 1 month diya. but same problem after week.fir service center ko diya set after 1 month abhi tak my set nahi mila ha.please solve my problem.

abhi 6 month warrenty ha.
new set not paid.
