Mts — Billing Fraud and Blackmailing

I am Suffering even after a year as i had used MTS for about a month a year ago With company's fraud and blackmailing technique.

please refer to below emails.

I had bought a MTS connection and as it was not meeting the speed as informed by sales person i stop using it after a month and my data card was inactive.
And MTS billing team called me and said they will send a person to collect payment. And i accepted to pay.But the person came after about a 10days after that by the time my another bill got generated.

but i paid the balance amount which i had used.

But after few months i was surprised to see bill and notices from MTS.

and after that who;e story is in below mail. They are using a blackmailing technique and the escalation points are not taking proper action

Hi Team
I had purchased as data card and the card was used for one month and i was not satisfied with the performance. So i paid my bill to a Executive by Name Peter who cam and collected my bill after 15 days after i asked you to collect the bill. By that time my connection was cancelled and also. I had informed him that i am not interested to continue the connection with this tariff so i had asked him to cancel it and he informed he will call me from office but he did not. during this proceedings of change of my tariff or to prepaid my another bill got generated where i has already stopped using the connection. And i had got a call from billing department i also informed them to cancel the connection.
This happened 3 months and no body was working on my request.
Later i got a call from one of the team lead or manager from billing department (Shivkumar ) he asked me to send him mail and i sent which is the trial mail. Even after that i have not got any confirmation .
But today i have received a Lawyer notice with ref no: CS/NOV1940 from Advocate Ranvir vats asking to contact Mr. BP singh. 91-[protected].
I am okay to pay if there is any outstanding amount of my usage if there is any. And not the false billed amount where my connection was not active.
Please let me know the revised amount and i will make the payment today only

I am okay to pay if there is any outstanding amount of my usage if there is any. And not the false billed amount where my connection was not active.

Please let me know the revised amount and i will make the payment today only
