[Resolved] MTS Broadband — cheating customers | |||
I have taken a MTS Mblaze datacard on Feb 2010 after seeing their (misleading) advt.promising speed of 3.1Mbps, i am getting a speed of 0.1 - 0.2 which is not even 10% of their promised speed, i had complained this almost 20 times with customer service (hard to get them online min waiting of 15-20min on my paid call). i even send mails to their nodal officer and above but not even 1 reply from them. each time i raise a complaint, they will close it within 2 to 3 days without solving the same and that too without calling me or informing me. i have been using airtel postpaid for the last 7 years and frankly speaking Airtel is having the best after sales service in the country, and companies like MTS is making airtel big day by day. i never have seen this type of irresponsible, cheating and misleading company like MTS in my life, i am planning to sue this bloody co legally so that more people will be saved here after Was this information helpful? | |||
