MTS Broadband — Recharge not getting activated

I bought MTS data card on 13th June 2010 & I got 7 days free with it. Now I recharged it online for Rs. 598 & received a 16 digit activation code. But the code does not work & my recharge does not go through.

I call their customer service every day but there is no resolution. They keep telling me to try tomorrow but their tomorrow never comes!!

I just called the magain & they have given me a complain number. But I have no faith in this company anymore.

If my issue does not get resolved by 16th April (like what they have promised), I will surely take this company to consumer court.

mts broadband is a cheated company — mts broadband - Recharge not getting activated

I recharged 600/- RS on 30 th october, i given complaint on this till no response . Every day they are telling me tommarrow u can get the amount, but the problem not yet get resolved.while i try to call the customer care no one pick the phone for a lomg time.

Myself angleena i bought a MTS broad band connection from my mearest store new facility point:

According to the shop keeper he recharged mt MTS connection but it never got recharged when enquired with mts they told my accout was never recharged, i again spoke to the shop keeper he gave me this transaction id stating yes its been recharged tracsaction id is [protected]. But again mts denied about this now neither the mts is helping to resolve the issue neither the shop keeper is helping me my complaint no. are
