I PURCHASED A NEW MTS DATA CARD ,BEFORE THIS WEEK. BUT I NEVER GET SPEED MORE THAN 10 KBPS .ITS PRINTED THAT SPEED WILL BE 3.1 MBPS . I CANNOT EXPECT ABOUT THAT.PLEASE TRY FROM UR SIDE TO MADE US BEST. WE WILL BE HIGLY OBLIGED TO U.BECAUSE IAM AN EMPLOYEE SO I HAVE TO ALWAYS CONNECT WITH INTERNET HOW CAN I DO THIS WITH MTS BROAD BAND ITS A TOTALLY FAKE COMPANY. PLESE TAKE SERIOUS ABOUT THIS COMPANY

I purchased a MTS data card in Trichy on 9.2.13. The card was activated on 10.2.13. It is connected to the internet. But I could not browse any site.
The company says that the speed will be around 3mbps. But the actual speed is about 96 kbps. I contacted the customer care and told them of this
problem. But they did not solve the issue. I contacted them twice on 10.2.13. No use. Further when I called them I was directed to the experts but they did not taken the phone and cut the line. The service rendered by the MTS is very, very... poor. I was cheated by them. They are cheating the people in this regard.

My self is ram khandelwal. n my prepaid data card no.is [protected].My data card is nt working since long.sir i have complaint regarding my data card in dec.n my complaint no.is Dec/3276 but i did nt have solution till yet.again i fill my compalint n my complaint no. is jan/4389.in between i went 4 time in mts mathura c.c but did nt find the solution talk to ur c.c lots of time.nw i m so much fustted.waiting for ur reply
