[Resolved] Mts — Disturbing and annoying | |||
Hi I am facing issue with MTS data card , 2 days ago I received a legal notice from mts to pay the bill which I have not used. Its like I had a MTS data card and which never worked good, I always have to submit complaints regarding that but they never resolve the issue. I have launched so many complaints for the issue , still they were not ready to fix this , and after few months I stopped paying the bill by saying that I am not going to pay in this condition. they de-activated the data card after 4-5 days. but still they were sending the bills of 1150 INR every month on my mailbox, I haven't replied them and they keep on sending the bill every month, don't know for what. I already have lost so much work because of the pathetic services provided by them, and now they want me to pay the bill for which I haven't used.
